There's only one week left if you want to check out some of Richard Avedon's famous works that will be on display at the Museum of fine Arts in Boston. He's an amazing photographer and I would definitely recommend checking this out. Here is a quick blurb about him. Thanks for visiting Darren Pellegrino Photography. He was an American photographer born in 1923 during the great depression. It was said of his work that "his fashion and portrait photographs helped define America's image of style, beauty and culture for the last half-century." In 1946, Avedon had set up his own studio and began providing images for magazines including Vogue and Life. He soon became the chief photographer for Harper's Bazaar. In 1966, Avedon left Harper's Bazaar to work as a staff photographer for Vogue magazine. From there he photographed most of the covers from 1973-1988 as the lead photographer. His life and story is very interesting and inspired the musical Funny Face in 1957.
